ZellMobile respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our platform to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on ZellMobile infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA takedown notice containing the following information:

Identification of the copyrighted work

A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered, provide a representative list.

Identification of the infringing material

The URL or specific location of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it.

Your contact information

Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

Good faith statement

A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

Accuracy statement

A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Signature

Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

Your physical or electronic signature
Identification of the removed material and its former location
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
Your name, address, and phone number
Consent to jurisdiction of federal court in your district

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If they do not file a court action within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed content.

Repeat Infringer Policy

ZellMobile will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We track and count valid DMCA notices. Users who receive multiple notices may have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated at our discretion.

Good Faith Requirement

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
